Do you have any worries about your product?

I should have been refunded but the money is not in my account?

This isn’t good and we are sorry for the inconvenience! Please get in contact with one of our friendly customer support staff on [email protected] and they will be able to help you with this problem!

How long will it take to receive my refund?

As soon as we have received your package in return, you will receive your refund in form of Store Credit and we will send you all the details in an email. We only offer Store Credit. We do not provide Cash refunds.

Can I exchange my product? I have changed my mind.

Do the products have a warranty?

SWATI’s products come with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers only manufacturing defects on the lenses. In the case of receiving defective products, please contact us at [email protected]. Write ‘defective product’

I received a damaged item, what should I do?

If you received a defective product you have the right to get a new product for the same model and color. To receive the replacement contact us at [email protected] within 30 days from receiving the product, write ‘defective product’ and your order

I tried the product and didn't like it. Can I return it?

The product must be unused, in its original packaging undamaged, and with all the security seals intact. This is due to the importance of hygiene and to protect you as a customer. Products purchased directly from our website must be returned to us

What is your return policy?

Another one requires a bit longer reply. Hold on. You have the right to return or exchange delivered goods by contacting SWATI’s customer support team or using the contact form on our website within 30 days of receiving the goods. *The product must
